Hi, I'm Kudus!

I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and the founder of NextGen Fitness, a program built to inspire strength, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits in youth and teens.

My journey as a trainer began with a passion for helping young people unlock their full potential—physically and mentally. After years of hands-on experience coaching middle school students and working with youth athletes, I saw the power of movement to build more than just muscles. It builds self-esteem, discipline, and a mindset that carries into every area of life.

My goal is to meet every kid where they are and help them grow—safely, effectively, and with a sense of purpose. Whether they’re just starting out or aiming to improve in sports, I design personalized sessions that are fun, challenging, and empowering.
